We stayed for 5 nights and things didn't go really well. The first day we arrived, they gave us a room which was already a clear sign of the situation. No towels on the bed, pillow sheets with a terrible smell, no Wi-Fi signal (even if they say it's available in every area). And it's not finished here, I was about to have a shower when I found out that there wasn't hot water. So I went to the reception and they came for check, they asked me to wait and so I did. At the end they decided to move us in another room because they couldn't fix the problems immediately. The new room looked better, hot water in the toilet, good Wi-Fi signal (the connection is quite slow though, but better than nothing). Pillow sheets had a bad smell even in this one. So the room has been quite good until the end, when we were about to go to sleep and we saw a bed bug walking on the bed. I went downstair and asked if they had some spray or something, but obviously the man said no. Be aware also of the lady at the travel desk, we didn't really like her way of act and work. She looked nice in the beginning, but when we went to talk she was really detached and grumpy. We asked some information about a trip and she said you should talk with another guy who is coming tonight. We felt like she didn't have any interest in doing her job. We decided so to book online and we did the best choice ever. We saved a lot and didn't have any troubles at all. There are some good things too, the position is all right and the price is reasonable, but after all I would recommend to look somewhere else for your accommodation.
