Per gli hotel e le altre strutture ricettive, possono essere accettati passaporti russi, passaporti internazionali o patenti di guida. Per appartamenti, apart-hotel e altri alloggi dove il check-in o la conclusione del contratto si svolgono secondo il regolamento specifico della struttura, i documenti richiesti vengono indicati da quest'ultima.

At 03:00 PM, guests will receive text and video instructions from a personal manager. Guests must provide a contact phone number where the instructions will be sent. The instructions consist of three steps: a code for the front door, a code for the common door, and a code for the locker containing the studio keys.
For reservations made after 09:00 PM, guests must contact the contact number within an hour to receive check-in instructions. Upon check-in, guests agree to the accommodation rules provided by the property in the offer agreement.
