  Per soggiorni successivi al 1 gennaio 2021, i cittadini colombiani e gli stranieri che soggiornano 60 giorni consecutivi o oltre dovranno versare alla proprietà l’imposta nazionale sulle vendite del 19% al momento del soggiorno. Gli stranieri con visto turistico non dovranno pagare tale imposta. L’imposta sarà applicata anche in caso una stanza sia condivisa da un ospite soggetto ad essa ed uno esente.

  • If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
  You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:
  • Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
  We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
