  For double occupancy, one set of bed linen is provided; any additional set is charged separately at ₽ 1000.00.

  Additional services include: dishwashing after check-out ₽ 1000.00, and trash removal after check-out ₽ 1000.00. Final cleaning is included in the price.

  Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat; if there is an odor, the deposit will not be refunded. Violating the noise laws is prohibited; making noise is prohibited between 01:00 PM and 03:00 PM and after 11:00 PM. Parties are prohibited.

  Passport information and a deposit are required upon check-in; this deposit is refunded after the flat is cleaned. Check-in after 09:00 PM is only possible upon full payment and presentation of documents prior to check-in. Guests are asked to take care of the property and keep it clean.

  Reporting documents from the self-employed are provided by agreement.
