All'arrivo, sarà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, da corrispondere tramite bonifico bancario, pari a 4,000 ₽ a soggiorno a copertura di eventuali danni.
I documenti necessari al check-in dipendono dal tipo di sistemazione e dai regolamenti applicabili. Per gli hotel e le altre strutture ricettive, possono essere accettati passaporti russi, passaporti internazionali o patenti di guida. Per appartamenti, apart-hotel e altri alloggi dove il check-in o la conclusione del contratto si svolgono secondo il regolamento specifico della struttura, i documenti richiesti vengono indicati da quest'ultima.
Check-in is remote. If guests want to pay for the reservation, payment is possible with bank cards issued in Russia. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
For reservations of less than 4 nights, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of ₽ 1200.00. For reservations of 4 nights or more, guests will be charged a cleaning fee of ₽ 1500.00.
Check-in before 02:00 РМ is possible if there is a free apartment for an hourly fee.
Check-out later than 12:00 РМ is possible by extending the full cost of the day.
For check-in at night before 01:00 AM an additional fee of ₽ 500 is charged; for check-in after 01:00 AM the amount increases to ₽ 1000.00.
Smoking of any type of smoking device is prohibited.
Noisy events and parties are prohibited.
Cleaning is paid separately, one-time, upon check-in.
Night requests and emergency arrivals are not processed.
