  Check-in is contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent by the property manager on the day of arrival. For same-day bookings, the check-in time may vary depending on the flat’s availability after cleaning. Check-in on the day of booking is possible if the reservation is made by 09:00 PM. The administrator provides information and responds to messages until 10:00 PM.

  Early check-in and late check-out are available by arrangement, subject to availability. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

  Receipts are provided.

  Pets are allowed for an additional fee upon prior agreement.

  Smoking is prohibited in the flat, including the use of vapes, hookahs, and e-cigarettes.

  Noisy events and parties are not permitted.

  A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded on the day of departure after the flat has been cleaned.

  To finalize the rental, a contract is signed via a remote document signing service. Before check-in, guests must upload their passport information via the provided link. If necessary, guests may be required to install an app or sign the contract with a non-qualified electronic signature.
