Per appartamenti, apart-hotel e altri alloggi dove il check-in o la conclusione del contratto si svolgono secondo il regolamento specifico della struttura, i documenti richiesti vengono indicati da quest'ultima.

  Additional services are paid separately from the deposit via bank transfer. These services include: manager connection, on-site visit of a manager or technician upon request, extra set of bed linen, use of washing machine outside the apartment, as well as damage, contamination or loss of property: iron, hairdryer, ironing board, bed linen, microwave, tableware, keys, code-operated safe. The cost for each of these services is ₽ 2500.00.

  A fee of ₽ 4500 per item applies for damage or contamination to interior elements, wall surface up to 0.5 sq. m, floor surface up to 0.5 sq. m, furniture, curtains, or carpet.

  The use including opening of the hygiene kit, luggage storage, or early check-in by 1 hour before the set time is charged at ₽ 1000 for each service.

  If the cost of services is withheld from the deposit, an additional commission of ₽ 1000 per withheld position is charged.

  Bed linen is provided as follows: for 2 guests — 3 towels, 1 sheet, 1 blanket, 2 pillows with pillowcases; for 3 guests — 4 towels, 2 sheets, 2 blankets, 3 pillows with pillowcases.
