Per gli hotel e le altre strutture ricettive, possono essere accettati passaporti russi, passaporti internazionali o patenti di guida. Per appartamenti, apart-hotel e altri alloggi dove il check-in o la conclusione del contratto si svolgono secondo il regolamento specifico della struttura, i documenti richiesti vengono indicati da quest'ultima.

  Bed linen is provided according to the number of guests specified in the booking. Towels are provided in the amount of 2 pieces per guest: bath and face towels.

  For double occupancy, one set of bed linen is provided. If necessary, it is possible to pay extra for the second set.

  When accommodating three or four, 2 sets of bed linen are provided.

  A refundable deposit is provided.

  Any type of smoking is prohibited, including hookahs, vapes and any other devices and systems, including through an open window.

  Maximum number of guests: a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Three or more adults can be accommodated only by prior arrangement.

  It is prohibited to accommodate more than the number of guests indicated in the booking.

  Pets are prohibited.

  Parties and non-observance of silence, especially at night, are prohibited.

  The deposit can be partially withheld for the following reasons:

  ₽ 500 for dirty dishes, food, and groceries left behind;

  ₽ 300 for the garbage left behind;

  ₽ 500 for delayed check-out within half an hour.

  The deposit may also be deducted:

  the cost of bed linen and towels with non-removable stains;

  the cost of dry cleaning to eliminate odors, carrying out any repairs due to the fault of the guest, based on the price of the contractors.

  The refund of the deposit or a part of it is carried out after the specified work and the final determination of the amount of damage to be compensated.

  For any violation of the rules of accommodation, a fine equal to the deposit amount will be charged.
