  I documenti necessari al check-in dipendono dal tipo di sistemazione e dai regolamenti applicabili. Per gli hotel e le altre strutture ricettive, possono essere accettati passaporti russi, passaporti internazionali o patenti di guida. Per appartamenti, apart-hotel e altri alloggi dove il check-in o la conclusione del contratto si svolgono secondo il regolamento specifico della struttura, i documenti richiesti vengono indicati da quest'ultima.

  Linen is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in the booking. Towels 2 pcs. for each guest bath and face.

  One set of bed linen is provided for double occupancy. If necessary, you can pay extra for the second set.

  2 sets of bed linen are provided for 3-4 bed occupancy.

  Before checking in, you must send a passport photo of one of the guests and pay a refundable security deposit.

  Any type of smoking is prohibited, including in an open window, including hookahs, vapes and any other systems.

  Maximum family occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children. Three or more adults only by prior agreement.

  It is forbidden to accommodate more guests than indicated in the booking.

  Pets are not allowed.

  Parties and non-observance of silence, especially at night, are prohibited.

  Withheld from the deposit:

  ₽ 500 for leaving dirty dishes, food, food items;

  ₽ 300 for the left garbage;

  Check-out later than 12: 00 for 15-30 minutes — ₽ 500.00;

  Cost of bed linen and towels with non-removable stains;

  Dry cleaning, removal of odors, carrying out any repairs caused by the guest-at the price of contractors.

  Refund of the deposit or part of it is made after the specified works are performed and the final determination of the amount of damage to be compensated is made.

  Any violation of the accommodation rules specified in the description, including smoking, staying more guests than stated, pets allowed, check-out later than 12: 00 for more than half an hour — a deposit fee will be charged.
